where do you source your materials from?

all of our materials are sourced ethically, with most taken straight from the waste stream. we're like goblins; we find things from all over, from the back of a closet to the thrift store bins, as well as from small independent retailers. our jewelry materials are from a trusted in-country supplier, and are made from 316 stainless steel to ensure a lifetime of love with no tarnishing.

how long does shipping take?

we ship on fridays. for pre-made items, they will be shipped the following friday after purchase. shipping times for custom pieces will vary.

do you take customs?

yes we do! if you are interested in a custom piece, please email us at toobugz@outlook.com with a detailed description of your dream design. image references are encouraged! we love a good mood board.

what if there's a problem with my order?
