we ship on fridays. for pre-made items, they will be shipped the following friday after purchase. shipping times for custom pieces will vary.
do you take customs?
yes we do! if you are interested in a custom piece, please fill out the customs form found on our CONTACT US page. leave a detailed description of your dream design, and we'll reach out shortly to make it happen.
what if there's a problem with my order?

what if it doesn't fit?
finding clothes that fit should be easy for everyone! we do our best to size our pieces accordingly, but if you receive your order and it does not fit, please reach out to our team. we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and your piece can be exchanged for something else!
how do I wash my piece?
for cleaning, we strongly recommend all of our pieces be lovingly handwashed in warm water with mild soap. lay flat to dry. reshape and steam if necessary.
sustainability is our thing.
in a world of fast fashion and mass production, we believe that it's our duty as artists to recycle materials from the waste stream for our pieces instead of adding to it. though we try our best to prioritize natural fibers such as cotton and bamboo for our garments, we do also recycle some synthetic fibers. our focus is reducing waste, and plastic is a HUGE part of that! for each item, we provide a brief summary of materials used for your discretion as a consumer.
